Tutorial written by Nemesis
A quick lil tut with a big meaning.
For this tutorial you will need:
Written for psp9
Times new roman - standard windows font
Hurricane - Pay font
Or fonts of your choice.
These tubes ...
The zip contains a .pspimage file with 4 different colours flowers.
Pink, Blue, Orange and Purple.
The tubes are made from a photo of mine, no credit needed.
But please do NOT change the file name of the tube.
***Install the tube and the fonts***
-If the settings aren't shown they are default settings.-
Open up a new image 500*500 pixels with a transparent background.
Add flower of your choice with the scale 50%.
Add a new raster layer ( layers/ new raster layer) and add
another flower with the scale 30%. Use the more tool and move it
into place like so...
Go to layers/ merge/ merge visible.
Then go to selections/ select all, back to selections/ float.
Proceed by going to softness/ soft focus and add with these settings...
Deselect by pressing ctrl + d
Add another raster layer and select your text tool
choose the font Times new roman. Set the font size to 12.
Make sure you got stroke width set to 0, and antialias set to sharp.
Use the dropper tool and select the background colour from the flower tube.
I used the colour: #e58dc1 and add quote of your choice. Mine says
"If all my friends
I would look around
and pick you."
(You can either do it my way or add each sentence to a new layer
and more with the mover tool.)
Now use the the selection tool and set it to rectangle and replace.
Now select the first sentence and move it into place. Like so...
Do the same with the rest of the sentences.
In the end you should have something like this...
Duplicate your layer ( layers/ duplicate).
Click on the bottom layer on the layer palette.
Then go to Adjust/ blur/ gaussian blur and add with the radius: 10
Add a new raster layer and select the text tool again.
Select the font Hurricane or a font of your choice and
set size to 36. The rest of the settings are the same as before.
Add your name. Merge flatten and crop.
You're done !
